Capturing a breezy sense of thrilling adventure with catchy hooks and infectious melodies, LA-based indie pop trio Zipper Club hit the stage of The Observatory in Santa Ana on Thursday, December 15, opening for veterans The Sounds and giving the audience gathered a taste of things to come as the band readies their upcoming full length debut, produced by James Iha.

After garnering tremendous buzz following the release of their debut single, "Going The Distance," Zipper Club successfully found themselves on the radars of the music press at large as well as keen earned aficionados looking for the next big thing.

Dazzling with hypnotic laser lights and wild antics, Zipper Club wowed and left me eagerly anticipating their next moves. Check out my photos, also featuring headliner The Sounds, below. For more on Zipper Club be sure to visit zipperclub.com and like Zipper Club on Facebook.
