Few bands are as wildly unpredictable and endlessly entertaining as Guadalajara, Mexico's Le Butcherettes. The band stopped by LA's Grammy Museum on Monday, March 21 for a very special discussion with Scott Goldman from the museum followed by an acoustic performance that, while unplugged, was no less charged and passionate than the shows the band is known for. Both in conversation and performance, the three piece absolutely owned the intimate Clive Davis Theater, creating moment after moment that seemed to be just barely contained inside the 200+ capacity room.
Be sure to check out my photos from the night below. Special thanks to The Grammy Museum for arranging coverage. For more on The Grammy Museum, including a calendar of upcoming events, be sure to visit grammymuseum.org.
