Back for more, the sad kids of Emo Nite invaded LA's Echo and Echoplex on Tuesday night, October 4, for another evening of classic tunes and hot acts on the rise.
It was a nonstop party on The Echoplex's dance floor as Emo Nite regulars and some surprise guests spun pop punk favorites from early aughts. Upstairs in The Echo, the crew was joined by live sets from LAYNE, Super Whatevr, Souvenirs and Yeek providing a little something for everyone who was able to brave the lines and gain entry inside.
As Emo Night approaches its second anniversary, the party seems only to grow and grow with each passing month. The crew behind this celebration of all things Emo has clearly caught lightning in a bottle with the hottest themed night on this or any coast. Emo Nite occupies a unique place in the pantheon of themed club nights, celebrating the past as much as it shines a light on up and coming talent.
